A typical CarePack includes:

Bottled water or juice, and non-perishable food items such as cereal bars, cheese & crackers, tuna or chicken salad kits or pulltop can of pasta, fruit snacks, veggie chips, fruit cups or applesauce, cookies, etc. Also included are personal care items such as soap and washcloth, shampoo, disposable razor, deodorant, shaving cream, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, individual packs of laundry soap, tissues, chap stick, hairbrush, anti-bacterial wipes, band aids, nail clippers, a new pair of socks, a t-shirt or fleece scarf, a stamped envelope along with a pen and notepad and a couple of inspirational and comforting Bible verses.

The Kids Paks contain, in addition to many of the items above, a few child specific items - such as a coloring book and crayons, and a small stuffed animal or toy.
